What is HSC?
We know that a boring camp means nobody wins. That’s why the High School Camp team is made up of the craziest, most creative, most wildly inventive people we can find. From a camp host who will keep you ROTFLing to competitions that are all-out war, this will be the most FUN event of your student’s summer. At HSC Mountain there are indoor/outdoor water parks, arcades, laser tag, a laser maze and a ton of other fun to be had. While we want to offer students some free time to enjoy the great amenities of each location, we also realize that too much of a good thing isn’t such a good thing. So, there will be some, but not incredibly long stretches of free time every day. There will still be structured recreation time (though not around a track). You can also expect high levels of teaching and content from speakers from around the country to help stimulate discussion in small group environments.
When: July 9-14, 2017
Where: Sevierville, Tennessee
Who: High School Students (grades 9-12)
The cost for the week of HS camp trip is $575 per person*. This cost includes transportation, lodging, meals, sessions, t-shirt, security, and other miscellaneous supplies. Don’t worry, nobody will be hungry or homeless at HSC! We will be asking students to bring some money for fast food stops during the driving portion of the trip. Your $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your spot on the trip. Registration closes on March 31.
*We are planning a few fundraisers to help with the cost. Hope’s Got Talent will take place on March 3. Proceeds will help support those going on the trip. We only require that those who benefit from a fundraiser must have participated in it (please submit your registration by February 5 in order to participate in HGT). We also have some scholarships available. We encourage students to find side jobs and work toward earning their way toward this trip. We will make those registered aware of future fundraising opportunities.
